We at New Saraswati House (India), believe in providing a safe, secure and enabling environment, which is free from sexual harassment of any kind to every woman. In this regard, POSH training is given to the employees every quarter with an intent to bring awareness about this law as well as to empower them in all ways possible.

 

POSH (Prevention Of Sexual Harassment) is a law to prevent and to provide protection against Sexual Harassment for women at workplaces as well as redressal of their complaints.

 

This POSH training aimed to:

 

1. Familiarize all employees with the applicable legal framework and best practices at work;

2. Sensitize managers towards gender equality due to the inherent nature of the power differences; and

3. Train the Internal Committee (IC) on how to handle complaints and resolve conflicts
